  1.            Prostate Enlargement (Benign Prostatic Hypertrophy)
  2. SYMPTOMS include urination during the night, dribbling, frequent and urgent
  3. urination, feeling the bladder is not completely emptied and hesitant and
  4. intermittent urinary stream.
  5. CAUSES are unknown but the normal urine flow is hindered because the
  6. enlarged prostate envelops the urethra.
  7. TREATMENT. Surgery may be required.
